Hacking4Recovery bootcamp launches in August

EFH Board Member Sandra Fujiyama and The UH Office of Innovation and Commercialization, in partnership with Maui Economic Development Board STEMworks, is launching a new program and would like to ask for your help in spreading the word with your network.

As you may have heard, in an effort to help with the economic recovery of our state, the University, along with its community partners, is bringing Stanford's 5-day Hacking4Recovery bootcamp to our islands.  The bootcamp is open to everyone in Hawai‘i – including Hawai‘i college students, faculty & staff, and high school juniors & seniors.

This is not a traditional Hack program wherein participants develop a widget/service/process...it's all about spreading the knowledge, developing the innovation/entrepreneurial mindset and engaging our community during a time of crisis to build/develop something (MVP) leveraging Lean Launchpad and agile methodologies toward recovery and or taking the methodologies back to their workplace.
